Mission Statement
Through feminist art and writing, we aim to resist eurocentric feminisms, cultural erasure, queerphobia, transphobia, anti-immigrant sentiments, ableism, and all forms of structural and institutional oppression.
Taking inspiration from women of color feminists and their allies, we continue legacies of intersectional and decolonial feminist practices.
We seek art and writing that explores how the personal is political; we want to learn from and about your experiences, histories, subjectivities, and more.
Our Team
Founded in the Fall of 2025, Wild Tongues Journal is a feminist journal at CSULB in association with the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Department.
